Training

TransCanada Calibrations offers an annual hands-on ultrasonic meter users course at its high-pressure calibration facility near Winnipeg. This course covers basic measurement theory, flow conditioning, meter operation, transducer change-out, and interpretation and use of diagnostic log file data. The course is designed for the first time user or more experienced operators interested in making better use of smart meter technology. Instruction includes classroom theory, hands-on technical sessions, and real-time meter operation at the proving facility.

TCC provides, upon request, specialized audience specific measurement training at its calibration facility or at the customer site.
